Dean Talip has over 25 years of experience in the composites industry. Dean began his career in Automotive Sales for a world leading reinforcements manufacturer and was the North American Marketing Manager for direct roving and continuous strand mat, before joining NAC in 2008, as the Reinforcements Business Manager.
Paul Congelosi
VP & Business Manager East
Paul Congelosi possesses over 30 years of Sales & Operational Management experience in Composites,Mechanical and Industrial companies such as Saint Gobain/Certainteed and General Electric. The past 10 years has been with NAC regional sales and operations teams.
Jarret Clarke
VP & Business Manager West
Jarret Clarke has been with NAC for over 9 years and held several roles within the company including District Manager and Account Manager. He came to NAC with many years of experience in the industry, working in a production environment, gaining first-hand experience about application methods and processes.
Jerry Davis
Vice President of Operations
Jerry Davis has over 25 years of operational and regulatory experience in the composites and hazardous waste industries and worked previously at Safety-Kleen Systems Inc. and Laidlaw Environmental Services Inc. He specialized in chemical transportation and storage and served on the Board of Directors of the American Trucking Association.
Jeff Davis
Business Manager, Epoxy, Coring & Adhesive
Jeff Davis has spent over 40 years in composites related positions throughout his career. His experience ranges from R&D, Manufacturing, Account Management and Executive Leadership. Jeff's current role allows him to contribute to the overall customer experience when doing business with NAC.
