
(St. Paul, MN – February 4th, 2026) North American Composites (NAC) is proud to announce that Cliff Conine, Account Manager, has been selected to participate in the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) Emerging Leaders Program, Class of 2026, a year-long leadership development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the composites industry.
ACMA’s Emerging Leaders Program recognizes rising professionals from across the composites supply chain and provides immersive programming focused on leadership development, industry engagement, and advocacy. Participants take part in a blend of virtual and in-person sessions throughout the year, culminating at CAMX—the Composites and Advanced Materials Expo—where Emerging Leaders help introduce future program candidates.
Cliff Conine is one of 21 professionals nationwide selected for the 2026 class, representing a diverse cross-section of manufacturers, suppliers, and technical leaders within the composites industry. In his role at NAC, Cliff works closely with customers to support innovative material solutions and strengthen long-term partnerships across multiple market segments.
